This project consisted of a comprehensive UX analysis of Señorial’s website, focused on identifying improvement opportunities at both functional and strategic levels. The main goal was to understand how users interact with the site and detect friction points affecting navigation, access to information, and lead generation.

High-traffic pages (home and product pages) were not optimized to guide users through the journey.
