An improved web experience that makes product exploration easier and supports users throughout their journey.
ZTE Argentina, operated by Radiovictoria, is a global brand that distributes mobile devices through different retailers, without having its own ecommerce platform. In this context, the website plays a key role as an informational channel and reference point for users.
The existing site required an update to align with new visual and technological standards. The challenge was to redesign the digital experience while maintaining its informational purpose, but improving visual quality, content clarity, and the way products are presented.
The project started with a discovery phase, where the main site needs and its role within the brand’s digital ecosystem were defined.
Based on this, the work was organized through a Gantt-style timeline, structured in design sprints that allowed for a clear progression and validation of each stage.
During the design process, an initial research phase, a visual moodboard, mid- and high-fidelity wireframes, and a final high-fidelity prototype were developed for both mobile and desktop. Special focus was placed on content structure and the use of imagery to improve how products and technical information are communicated.
The redesign aligned the site with more current standards, resulting in a more modern, clear, and brand-consistent interface.
The new structure and strategic use of images made it easier to present devices clearly and highlight their key features.
The site strengthened its role as an informational channel, offering a more structured navigation and better content hierarchy.
