UX/UI Designer • 5 weeks • Direct collaboration with client — 2025 —
A portfolio website designed to reflect the artist’s identity through a clear, structured, and collaborative design process.
Arturo Castro Noguera approached the project looking to build his website after several frustrating experiences with previous designers and developers.
In earlier attempts, his expectations were not properly understood and the processes lacked clarity, resulting in outcomes that did not reflect his artistic identity.
The main challenge was to organize his ideas and expectations, while establishing a clear and structured workflow that would allow for confident and progressive decision-making.
The project began with a discovery phase focused on understanding the client’s goals, expectations, and artistic identity. Based on these insights, the work was structured using a timeline organized into design sprints, enabling a clear and iterative process with continuous validation.
Throughout the process, an initial research phase was conducted, followed by a visual moodboard, mid- and high-fidelity wireframes, and a final high-fidelity prototype covering both mobile and desktop versions.
Once the design was approved, the website was developed in approximately four weeks, followed by final testing before deployment.
The project was developed through defined stages — discovery, design, and development — allowing for organized decision-making and clear communication throughout the entire process.
Thanks to prior validation through wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, development was smooth and executed without structural changes during implementation.
The structured approach and ongoing collaboration transformed an initial situation of uncertainty into a solid and positive working experience.
